Rules to prevent brute forcing of passwords.

failed logins for a given user over
minutes leads to a ban of the user for
minutes or until a password reset

failed logins for a given IP address over
minutes leads to a ban of the IP address for
hours

Password Strength

Minimum Password Length (leave blank or 0 to have no restriction)
